Webkul is conducting a Walk-in for 'Business Analyst' profile with good knowledge of developing effective formal relationships with customers/clients and respond promptly to their requirements or queries in every possible situation.

Requirements

1. Understanding the software/applications and its functionalities for a personalised explanation of the same to the existing clients or users.
2. Handling customers' pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication mediums like calls/emails/ skype/helpdesk/ social networking sites.
3. Assigning the technical queries of clients to the technical departments.
4. Preparing full User guide of the products for customers in written and video format as well.
5. Attending international as well domestic seminars and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.
6. Market research of the products.
7. Responsible for new partnerships of the organization, acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization.
8. Sound knowledge of the E-Commerce industry.
9. Should be Excellent in communication as well as written English.
10. Should be able to handle the clients, understand the problems/requirements, and able to provide solutions.
11. Understanding & drafting of Business Proposals.

Points to remember

1. Candidates need to generate their admit card to appear in Walk-in. Admit card will be generated through Webkul Campus Connect portal. To appear in the walk-in, registration is mandatory.
2. You can opt only one slot for the interview
3. Slot's availability is on first come & first serve basis.
4. Fill your correct details in Admit card
5. Please add your Profile Image before printing Admit Card.
6. Candidates need to bring a hard copy of their admit card. Soft copy of admit card will not be acceptable.
7. Candidates need to come according to selected slot time. The interview cannot be preponed or postpone to another slot.
8. Candidates need to reach the venue 15 minutes before their slot time. Entry will not be allowed after the start time mentioned in the admit card.
