We are seeking a Data Analyst with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Python along with a strong understanding of Industry Essentials. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position is for the day shift.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
3. Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making
4. Utilize Python for data manipulation analysis and visualization
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
6. Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing
7. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of data solutions and make improvements as needed
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
10. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
11. Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
12. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in data analysis techniques and tools
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies

Qualifications

1. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
2. Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations
3. Have experience in performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to derive insights
4. Show expertise in Python for data manipulation analysis and visualization
5. Exhibit a solid understanding of Industry Essentials and their application in data analysis
6. Have excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
7. Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
8. Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
9. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
10. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
11. Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
